High Force, Linear Vacuum Feedthrough

Standard designs are capable of up to 60 lbf (267 N), however higher force feedthroughs could be designed.  The device pictured is pneumatically actuated, but other actuation methods are possible.  They are capable of  >50,000 cycles and are high vacuum rated with a leak rate of 1 x 10^-9 std cc He/sec or better.  Standard units are mounted on a 2.75" CF flange, but other flange sizes are available.
